That same weekend, downtown Troy dazzles residents and visitors with the 2016 TroyFest Art & Craft Festival. Individual event times vary, but the festival goes from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
