Opened in 1939, Foster Auditorium seats 3,800 fans for basketball games, but it also a multi-purpose facility. Added as a National Historic Landmark in 2005, the Foster Auditorium is named after Richard Clarke Foster, who was the University of Alabama president from 1937 to 1941. You can find it on the south side of campus.
